All vessels are requested maintaining speed to be less than 12kts while navigating within the designated area to/from Pusan New port, effective from 1st of December 2019.

#Remark: Distance from Arrival VSR spot to POB spot should be more than 20 nautical miles.

Take ECDIS screen shot with vessel Arrival Pusan & entry into Log Book for followings,
1. Entering VSR area with LMT & position,
2. POB spot with LMT & position.
