Maintenance and Inspection of Pilot Ladder
® တကယ်က Pilot Ladder ကို အောက်ပါအချက်အလက်များအပေါ် ပုံမှန်စစ်ဆေး ထိန်းသိမ်း သင့်ပါတယ်
*Pilot Ladder ကို အသုံပြုပြီးသည့် အခါတိုင်း deck plating နှင့် တိုက်ရိုက်ထိတွေ့ခြင်းမရှိတဲ့ dry and well ventilated နေရာတွေမှာ သိမ်းသင့်ပါတယ်၊ ဒါ့အပြင် sunlight, chemical and paint spills တိုမှ ကာကွယ် ရန် ဖုံးအုပ်ထားသင့်ပါတယ်
®Defective ropes and steps such as
* wear and tear of side ropes
* damages of the steps
* missing wedges
* step တွေဟာ always horizontal နဲ့ equally spaced ဖြစ်နေရပါမယ်
*ထိုအပြင် step တွေကို ဘယ်တော့မှ ဆေးမသုတ်ရသလို free from oil and grease ဖြစ်နေရပါမယ်
* side rope တွေဟာ တဆက်တည်းရှိ နေရမည့်အပြင် အောက်ဆုံး rubber step မှာလဲ ကြက်ခြေခတ် crossing အဖြစ်နဲ့ ပြန်ပတ် မလာရဘူးဆို သတိမူ မိစေချင်ပါတယ်၊
®A 27/ Res.1045 လိုက်နာနိုင်ဖို အတွက် ယခုအခါမှာ replacement / repair တွေလုပ်မယ့် အစား သင်္ဘော Owner တွေက Pilot Ladder တွေကို အသစ် Supply လုပ်လာကြတာကို မြင်တွေ့ရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်

pilot disembark လုပ်ဖို pilot ladder ဆင်နေတုန်း ပြတ်ကျသွားတာ ယနေ့ထိ အမှတ်ရ မြင်ယောင်နေတုန်း၊
