Passage Plan တစ်ခုကို သုံးသပ်ရေးဆွဲရာမှာ company’s SMS တင်မက
မြောက်များလှစွာသော publication တွေဆီက လုံလောက်တဲ့ informations နဲ့
guideline တွေရနိုင်ပါလိမ့်မယ်၊
ဒီတခါ Maritime Pro ကနေ sharing လုပ်ချင်တာက
Passage plan တစ်ခုရဲ့ initial stage မှာ လိုအပ်တဲ့ information တွေကို
ဘယ်လို collecting လုပ်မလဲဆိုတာပါပဲ
General guidelines အနေနဲ့ IMO က resolution A.893(21) ထုတ်ပြန်ပေးထားပါတယ်
Passage တခုကို planning လုပ်တော့မယ်ဆို အောက်ဖေါ်ပြပါ အချက် ၄ ချက်ကို
ထည့်သွင်း စဉ်းစား ဖိုလိုပါမယ်
* Appraisal , Gather all information related to voyage
* Planning , Lay out the voyage
* Execution , Execute, review, change if required
* Monitor , Monitor the passage plan by all available resources
ပထမဦးဆုံးအနေနဲ့
Voyage တစ်ခုလုံးမှာ ရှိမယ့် ကိုယ့်သင်္ဘောရဲ့ draft ၊ ရှိနေမယ့်minimum depth ၊
passage တလျှောက်မှာ reporting လုပ်ရမယ့် လိုအပ်ချက်များ နဲ့ ရှောင်ရှားရမယ့်
နေရာများ၊ အသုံးပြုနိုင်မယ့် / အသုံးပြုဖို လိုတဲ့ deep water route များ စသည်
အချက်တိုကို စုဆောင်းထားမယ် ဆိုရင် Passage plan တခုကို လွယ်လွယ်ကူကူ
ရေးဆွဲ နိုင်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။

1. Ocean passage of the world
ဒီ publication အနေနဲ့ sense of direction ကို ပေးပါလိမ့်မယ်
ဆိုလိုတာက ကိုယ်သွားမယ့် port ၂ port ကြားမှာ reference လုပ်နိုင်အောင် ထင်ရှားတဲ့ အမှတ်အသားများကို Lat / Long ဖြင့်တကွ ဖေါ်ပြပေးထားသလို စုစုပေါင်း distance ကို
အကြမ်းဖျဉ်း ဖေါ်ပြပေးထားပါတယ်။
2. Ship’s Routeing
ဒီတစ်အုပ်မှာ ပါတဲ့ section တွေကို လေ့လာကြည့်ရင် ဘယ်လောက်ထိ အသုံးဝင်မလဲ
ဆိုတာ သိမြင်ပါလိမ့်မယ်

Part B: Traffic separation schemes and inshore traffic zones
Part C: Deep water routes
Part D: Areas to be avoided
Part E: Other routeing measures
Part F: Associated rules and recommendations on Navigation

3. Paper charts or ENCs
Passage ကို plan လုပ်ရမှာ မရှိမဖြစ်ပါ ၊
တချို Company တွေက ENC provider အမျိုးမျိုးထဲမှ Navtor သိုမဟုတ် Chartco တိုကို
ordering အတွက် အသုံးများပါတယ်
Paper chart ကို အသုံးပြုရင်တော့ Chart Catalogue ကနေ port area ပါတဲ့ small scale chart ကနေ planning လုပ်ရင် ကောင်းပါတယ်။
4. Sailing Direction (Pilot Book)
ဒီpublication ကတော့ local waterways, coastal, ဆိပ်ကမ်း သိုမဟုတ် ကမ်း အနီးအနားမှာ ရှိတဲ့ inshore / offshore area မှာရှိတဲ့ information တွေကို ပေးမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်
Sailing direction cover ဖြစ်မယ့် area တွေကို chat catalogue မှာ လွယ်လင့်တကူ
ရှာတွေ့နိုင်ပါတယ်။
5. Admiralty list of Radio Singles
Communication နဲ့ပတ်သက်တဲ့ information တွေကို vol. 1 to 6 ကနေရရှိပါလိမ့်မယ်
