Emergency Escape Breathing Device (EEBD)
EEBD ဆိုတာ Hazardous Atmosphere ရှိနေတဲ့ Compartment တစ်ခုကနေ လွတ်မြောက်ရာတွင် အသုံးပြုသည့် Air သိုမဟုတ် Oxygen supply လုပ်ပေးသည့်
approved type Device ဖြစ်ပါတယ်
EEBD ကို မီးငြိမ်းသတ်ရာတွင် လည်းကောင်း၊Oxygen မလုံလောက်တဲ့ void space
ဒါမှမဟုတ် tank ထဲသို ဝင်ရောက်ရာတွင် လည်းကောင်း အသုံမပြုသင့်ပါ၊
၎င်း operation များအတွက်ဆို Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA)
ပိုပြီး သင့်လျော်ပါလိမ့်မယ်
EEBD နှင့်ပတ်သတ်ပြီး အောက်ပါ အချက်အလက်များကို ဂရုထားစေချင်ပါတယ်…
* Service duration ဟာ အနည်းဆုံး 10 minutes ရှိရပါမယ်
* EEEBD ရဲ့ Hood သည် ကြည်ကြည်လင်လင် ကြည့်နိုင်ပြီး လူမျက်နှာတပြင်လုံး ဖုံးအုပ်ထားနိုင်ရပါမယ်၊ဒါ့အပြင် flame resistant material ပြုလုပ်ထားခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်
* hand-free အနေနဲ့ သယ်ဆောင်နိုင်တဲ့ design လဲရှိရပါမယ်
* Environment နဲ့ တိုက်ရိုက်ထိတွေ့ခြင်းမရှိတဲ့ နေရာတွေမှာ ထားသိုရပါမယ်
* EEBD ပေါ်မှာ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ Instruction/ Diagram ကို printed လုပ်ထားပါတယ်၊ဆိုလိုတာက hazardous atmosphere မှာ အချိန်တိုအတွင်း ကိုယ်ရဲ့ Safety အတွက် အလွယ်တကူ အမြန်ဆုံး ဝတ်ဆင်နိုင်မယ့် donning procedure ကို clearly ပြသထားပါတယ်၊
* တခြား marking တွေအနေနဲ့ . . .
* maintenance လိုအပ်ချက်များ
* manufacture ရဲ့ trade mark ,serial number နဲ့ manufacture date
* approving authority ရဲ့ အမည်တိုကို mark လုပ်ထားတာ တွေ့ရပါလိမ့်မယ်
ဒါ့အပြင် onboard မှာ training အဖြစ် အသုံးပြုတဲ့ EEBD များကို သီခြား marked လုပ်ထားရပါမယ်
Flag administration တခုနဲ့တခု ရဲ့ special requirement တွေကို လေ့လာနိုင်ရန် အောက်တွင် ပုံများကို attached လုပ်ပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်
