Gas Detector Bump Test and Calibration Test

Bump test နဲ့ Calibration test
ရဲ့ကွဲပြားပုံ ကို ခုတစ်ခေါက်မှာ တင်ပြလိုပါတယ်ခင်ဗျား။
အသုံးပြုသူအများစုက အထက်ဖော်ပြပါ Test
၂ခုကို သေခြာ မကွဲပြားကြပါဘူး။

Bump test က Gas Detector ရဲ့ Alarm functions (Visual ,audible, vibration) တွေကိုကောင်းမကောင်း Gas Detector sensor
က Alarm function တွေကို test လုပ်ပေးတဲ့သဘောပါ။ Accuracy ကိုတော့ မပေးစွမ်းနိုင်ပါ။
MSA (The Safety Company) ရဲ့ Technical
Brief မှာ ကတော့ Gas Detector ရဲ့ concentration test gas reading ဟာ actual quantity of gas present (as indicated on the compress gas cylinder) နဲ့ နိုင်းယှဉ် ပါက within acceptable range ,မှာဆိုရင်တော့ Bump Test verified ဖြစ်တယ်လိုရှင်းပြ ထားပါတယ်။
Bump Test ကိုလည်း အသုံးမပြုမီ Test လုပ်ဘို
recommend လုပ်ပါတယ်။

Span Calibration (Full Calibration) Test
Full Calibration မှာတော့
1.Fresh Air Zero Calibration
2.Span Calibration
ဆိုပြီး ၂မျိုးလုပ်နိင်ပါတယ်။

1.Fresh Air Zero Calibration

Gas Detector Sensor တွေကို Zero reset
လုပ်တာပါ။ Base line တစ်ခုကို ပြန် ပြီး adjust
လုပ်ခြင်းပါ။ Fresh Air မှာ လုပ်တာဖြစ်လို တစ်ခြား toxic gas တွေ ရောနှောနေရင် test pass မဖြစ်နိင်ပါ။ လုံးဝ fresh air မရနိင်ရင်တော့
Zero air compressed gas cylinder ကိုအသုံးပြုပြီး test လုပ်နိင်ပါတယ်။

2.Span gas Calibration
Gas Detector sensor output ရဲ့ reading က compressed gas cylinder ရဲ့ ဖောပြထားတဲ့
concentration of test gas ပါဝင်မှု coincide (ထပ်တူညီမှု ) ကို သိအောင် test လုပ်တာပါ။ Calibration cylinder test gas
တွေက (certified standard ) ဖြစ်ဘိုလိုပါတယ်။
ဥပမာ- National Institute of Standards and
Technology (NIST).

Calibration test frequency ကို တော့ မိမိအသုံးပြုနေတဲ့
Gas Detector ရဲ့ User Manual မှာ Recommend လုပ်ထားတာ (သို) Company SMS ,(သို) Regulatory guidelines တွေအရ လုပ်ရပါမယ်။

မျှဝေခွင့်ရလိုကျေနပ်မိပါသည်။
